Mission: MY SISTERS SUCCESS of North Carolina, founded by Carolyn Johnson in 1999.MSS,NC grew out of the need that without the proper attire and skills. It can be difficult to get a job and this can be an intimidating obstacle for low-income women, men, in the job market. Base on information obtained from the local employment office 5431 low-income women registered and were referred for jobs a high percentage of women did not get the job because they did not have the right clothes to wear. The purpose of My Sister's Success of North Carolina is to provide women,men, and juveniles with the necessary tools to enter the workforce, increase self-esteem and become self-sufficient. With continued support we can reverse this trend.
