Nonprofit Overview
Mission: My Girlfriend’s House, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 2010 by a small group of motivated and professional women with a common desire to serve as positive role models to at-risk girls and young women within the Washington metropolitan region. Our mission is to empower under-served young ladies to develop a positive understanding of self-worth while enhancing their academic and career skills.
Programs: Provided services to underprivileged girls and young women including providing a designer purse and personal care items. The program is designed to allow members to interact with young woman on a one to one basis as well as group basis to prepare them for life's challanges. There are group events to educate them about their future options.
