I have been involved with this organization and the wonderful people who have conceptualized it since the beginning. I love the focus of helping to support families who are experiencing the loss of their babies and the positive actions that are taken by these people to help needy children. Donations made in the names of the deceased babies are actually sent to kids in third world countries to help with schools, food, and a better way of life. It is a great concept. One which can help to ease the pain of the loss for some families. It is also headed up by some wonderful compassionate therapists who are available to lend an ear to families.

When my sister-in-law miscarried she wanted to keep it quiet since it was in the first trimester and very few people even knew she was pregnant. Flowers were out, and they just didn't seem appropriate anyway. She was deeply touched by our donation through My Baby Angel foundation, which was handled very discretely and sensitively by the staff there. It was the perfect acknowledgement of the life that was lost and the sadness surrounding it.

I have been involved since the beginning with this social benefit 501c3 nonprofit. First of all, I am moved by their mission -- to bring a legacy of love to the one in four women and their families that have ever experienced a pregnancy/infant loss. I could not believe that statistic (!), but I verified it for myself. Pregnancy/infant loss is still very must
