MCHC is a great non-profit organization that aims for the best interest of the community—especially the underserved population. They not only provide affordable and outstanding medical care to all, but also provide educational and informative events; and a space for the elderly to spend and enjoy their time. Overall MCHC provides countless opportunities for its community members and welcomes everyone with open arms regardless of background.
Working at MCHC has been extremely eye opening. MCHC is a wonderful nonprofit with endless opportunities. The services provided at the clinic: from translation to extremely detail oriented care are extremely valuable and make MCHC an essential component of the Milwaukee community.
Mchc gave me the opportunity to be surrounded by people from health sciences which is my passion. People there are professionals, friendly and committed to the community’s health.
And day by day it has helped me become a better person by helping the community and improve my English skills.
Thanks Mchc
You guys are doing an extraordinarily amazing job helping the senior citizens and the community. We love Sakina Center as it really promotes socialization. We enjoy getting together and benefit from various health workshops and movement classes.
Thanks to the MCHC organization and its team and sponsors.

MCHC is a team of volunteers and team members very committed, professional, full of passion and dedication which, shows, truly reflects and surpasses in their work in comparison to many places I have visited, seen and experienced. MCHC as a nonprofit embodies the best spirit and values of our state and nation. They help thousands of individuals and families yearly. They educate, enroll, treat and help many individuals and families without discrimination of their financial class (uninsured, under insured or insured) on a daily basis.. MCHC also give shape to our boldest dreams, highest ideals, and noblest causes. They turn our beliefs into action - as promoters of health, champions of the common good, laboratories of leadership, protectors of privacy, responders in times of need, speaking our language contributing to the economy and weavers of community fabric.
The staff at MCHC are kind and genuine individuals who provide the community with excellent healthcare service. They treat everyone with the upmost respect and hold various volunteering opportunities for individuals such as myself seeking more ways to help the underserved community. I can't say anything but great things about the people and mission of MCHC!
I have been a member of the Sakina center, one of the wings of MCHC which serves seniors three days a week with health and welfare classes besides the volunteers teaching seniors Arts and Crafts, sewing, cooking, gardening, movement and much more. From time to time seniors are taken out on exciting and knowledgeable tours. Recently registered seniors are provided with healthy lunch twice a week courtesy of the city of the Milwaukee at a nominal suggested $3 a meal.
MCHC takes great care of seniors besides running a clinic for all and everyone without discrimination. By the way seniors clinical vitals are taken by a local philanthropist pharmacy Hayyat every month besides presentations on health and wellness.
Keep up the good work folks.
I feel honored to be a part of MCHC as this organization is dedicated to help individuals with all ethnic backgrounds who have all kinds of challenges in life. Staff is very compassionate and they have multicultural approach. I value their mission and willingness to provide quality care and treatment to all patients and their families. As a Mental health professional I strongly believe that a healthy mind needs a healthy body. At MCHC patients receive interdisciplinary care from both medical and mental health professionals.
This clinic is an amazing place that truly cares for patients from all backgrounds. The staff is incredibly friendly to everyone and knowledgeable when it comes to developing personalized care for the very diverse population that is being served.
MCHC is a great clinic to work for and great clinic to consider as your primary clinic. The employees at MCHC are great, they are very welcoming and they all come from all different types of backgrounds they are very friendly, and there are many languages spoken at this clinic. They also have programs for refugees and seniors at this clinic and part from Mchc being just a clinic they also offer Dental services. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone especially the patients without insurance this would be a go to clinic as we are very reasonable.
Always have nice trips for seniors and always helping the community in all different ways! Love this place
MCHC has opened its doors to helping many new refugees and low income patients. The doctors and staff come from various backgrounds and cultures to provide the best treatment for their patients. Translators are available to help break the barrier between patients and staff. I would recommend MCHC for everyone!
Great service and friendly staffs, they speake multi languages and could easily get you Interpreter in your language as well. If you don’t have insurance you are so welcome.
Mchc is a dedicated group of committed volunteers and staff that are passionate about serving the under/un-insured. They have been able to make a difference in the Milwaukee community in caring for the less fortunate. Thank you for all you do and may your efforts continue to be blessed.
MCHC is a great organisation... dedicated to patient care for those who need it the most. Please support this center in anyway you can and it will translate into better care for patients of all ages!
I loved all the staff at muslim community & health center . They were all so helpful when I brought my grandma in !!! I'm so thankful they have this in Milwaukee !!!!
What started as a 6 week volunteering service teaching crochet to seniors at MCHC turned into a passion for volunteering that had led me to volunteer every week as an Art and Craft teacher for the last one and a half year.
I never knew that giving my time to others can actually be so rewarding.
The people I met here are honest, genuine and appreciate each other. We have shared many laughs, gone on many field trips and even cooked together. The social and personal connections I made in such a short time are amazing.
Seeing staff and other volunteers step out of their comfort zone to help others is amazing. The love they have for the less fortunate and elderly is incredible. When it comes to things like making refugee hygiene baskets or walking for a cause, everyone helps.
Communication has been a key to MCHC's success. Things like having an open-door policy helps us do our best work and I feel comfortable asking questions. The love and respect I have gotten as a volunteer makes me keep coming back to help and volunteer. It's the attitude of doing whatever it takes to make others happy that keeps me motivated and charged.
I am a volunteer at MCHC , and I am thankful to whole team for giving me this opportunity , this is what I observed here that ,
it's a place that provide quality ,cost effective ,accessible and affordable healthcare to underinsured, uninsured poor working people and all the refugees that come here, most important of all

They work at every level to meet all the needs of their patients and help them tremendously , I hope they will continue their work and grow more stronger .

The staff go above and beyond to not only treat a patient's symptoms, but also treatment of the whole person - mind, body and spirit. I look forward to contine working with such a friendly and considerate team.
I am a volunteer at MCHC. I'm honored to be part of such a wonderful team. MCHC provides professional, compassionate and top notch care to every individual that walks through its doors. MCHC also is active with the community; they provide health workshops, participate in charitable walks such as Alzheimer's and the SGK. I look forward to becoming a permanent part of this clinic someday.
