Mission: Our mission is to provide safe, comfortable and unbiased services to children and families in Northeast Oregon who may have been impacted by child abuse.
Target demographics: We commit ourselves to creating a community where children and youth are protected so they can grow up safe, healthy and educated

Programs: Working with victims of child abuse and their non-offending family members. Evaluating assistance needed and providing a secure environment.
