this company is an out right scam , if you are not a "neggro" don't expect a damn thing from them esp if you are white they are super racist and use broken down vehicles that are not properly kept up or maintained and are rolling death traps for wheelchair bound passengers this garbage is not worth a star and ant person leaving a "good review is a flat out liar or one this employees on a faked account
They are solely a money-making entity and do not work as an average nonprofit. They provide subpar services and do not bother to even understand the disability community, or the local community of which they are supposed to serve, as the CEO lives on the other side of Houston.
Well, I am very dissatified with this company. They aquired many clients here in the senior community where I live but so far have helped very few. The one and only time I called for thier transportation service they claim they dont do intown rides. This was the only reason I signed up. I am in a wheelchair and need special transportation and thier representative assured me they could help me. This was not true. I feel they are deliberately misleading people to get them to sign up for services so they can claim to have clients that they really arent helping. I feel they need further investigation about this by someone in the government responsible for making sure our taxpayer monies arent being misused.
