Mount Grace Land Conservation Trust is a non-profit interested in ensuring permanent agriculture, open space and traditional uses of land by limiting commercial and residential development. Mt. Grace is responsible for conservation easement land purchases and/or donations and Mt. Grace helps to manage conservation easements. Mt. Grace also sponsors agriculture and conservation information activity, events and projects to promote a public awareness in Mt. Grace conservation easements. They sponsor hikes, talks and public awareness information sessions, meetings and projects. Mt. Grace maintains a strong presence to inform the public about the value they bring to current land owners, the general public, the community and how Mt. Grace currently manages conservation easement grants and purchases in the Western and North Central area of Massachusetts.
