I am a long time supporter and volunteer for this amazing, life-giving organization. Mosaic has rescued thousands of women and babies from the tragedy of abortion, provides free ultrasounds, counseling, prenatal resources, parenting classes and more, all for free to the community and especially to families of limited means. Highly recommend for their compassionate, ethical care of vulnerable women, children and families.

A friend went to this establishment to get an ultrasound as their website clearly said they offer them. This is a highly deceptive and dishonest facility. Their website doesn’t disclose that it is a pro-life center and, unless you listen to and accept their religious sermons for the first 45 minutes or so, it’s very doubtful that you’ll receive an ultrasound, free or otherwise. Beware

This organization has the most thoughtful and qualified staff that I have had the pleasure of working with. I can see the specific differences they make in the lives if those that they serve. The leadership of the center is committed to doing whatever it takes to making this a success and it shows! I strongly endorse Mosaic for the ability to accomplish their mission.

Mosaic provides a number of free services to people facing an unplanned pregnancy. In addition to pregnancy testing and ultrasounds, they also offer free classes in childbirth and parenting where clients can earn credits for each section completed that they can then spend on baby supplies.

I have been involved with Mosaic for over 20 years now. I have seen this nonprofit evolve into such a wonderful asset to the community and beyond. It started out small and is now not only a medical facility but a counseling and teaching center for a community of people who have needs that sometimes home, family and government cannot provide. Lives are changed for the men and women and children who are blessed to be helped by Mosaic. The services are free and so needed. Shout it out that this organization exists and is here to help any and all those moms, dads and children in so many ways, not just their physical needs but their emotional and spiritual needs also. Mosaic is a gift that needs to be shared!

I have been volunteering with Mosaic since earlier this year! Serving at a pregnancy center has always been on my heart! The work here at Mosaic is done so in such a loving, accepting, nonjudgmental way! Both staff and volunteers are fully engaged with clients, and the community at large. If a friend were to ever need pregnancy services, I’d definitely encourage them to seek support at Mosaic!

I have witnessed young, scared women (and men) come into Mosaic, feeling like they are alone and have no support with their unplanned pregnancy, only to leave feeling confident and empowered with their decision to become parents. Time and again, those same women and men return back to Mosaic Virginia after the birth of their child, offering gratitude for having a place to come in their time of need. Mosaic offers support in a confidential, non-judgmental setting. An unplanned pregnancy can be scary and having a place like Mosaic (which offers all services for free) really helps bring a sense of calm and unwavering support when it is needed most.

My experience with Mosaic has been fantastic! Every single person I’ve encountered is sincere and genuinely interested in our clients. It is a positive work environment where I’ve found they are encouraging and solution oriented. I’ve seen troubled clients come into our reception who leave feeling empowered and well supported with a huge sigh of relief. It’s such a humbling experience for me and such an honor to be a part of this stellar team!

1st Choice is an excellent community organization. The caring professional staff and volunteer personnel leverage the support of donors to empower women and men in the Loudoun community to make positive choices about unplanned pregnancies and sexual health. In addition, they provide key supportive services that benefit the entire Loudoun community by giving a "hand-up" to individuals in need.
