Mission: Mortgage bankers association of kentucky is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to both the preservation and improvement of the mortgage banking industry in kentucky. The association is comprised of bankers, brokers, loan officers, appraisers, home inspectors, attorneys, real estate professionals, underwriters, processors, insurance agents, and other professionals involved in mortgage banking/housing markets in kentucky. Membership is open to those engaged in mortgage lending and other housing related businesses that have offices in kentucky. Members of the mba state chapters are automatically members of mortgage bankers association of kentucky.
Programs: Annual education conference for members to learn about various aspects of mortgage banking, including: national perspective of industry, sales, sales management, marketing, and products.

provide communications to members on legislative and regulatory issue as well as market statistics pertinent to the industry
