Programs: The project is the redevelopment of the area of linden called the st george ave redevelopment area which has been officially designated as an area funded for redevelopment. Morning star had been designated as the redeveloper of this area. The redevelopment project includes the current ownership and management of the real property at 1130 st george avenue in linden, nj. With the exception of one commercial property that the entity owns and rents, the project is no longer active. In 2014 the organization sold the property on st george avenue and is currently seeking other community development opportunities in linden.
