Moms in Prayer has transformed my life. I am a better wife, mother, Church member and just over all better Christian. My faith and confidence in Christ has blossomed. I have learned by staying connected to the True Vine in Prayer, all things really are possible. I am in the navy blouse in the picture with my MIP sisters at a prayer event.

This ministry has probably had more impact on my life than any other. The most in fact. The premise is simple. One hour of prayer per week with other like-minded mothers. Being able to build a strong fellowship with other believers has been a mega blessing. Lifting my children up to the Lord with Scripture is a fantastic way to pray. And hearing another mom pray for my child is the best thing ever.

This ministry is run with nothing but integrity from the ground up. The vast majority of the leaders are volunteer. Christ is at the center of it all.

I have only began being part of this ministry, but I see a difference in our life already. When I filled out the form to find a group in my area, Cyletha Smith from Bowling Green called me. However, there was group in my area of the state. God was able to surprise me again in a couple of ways. I am now being encouraged by God to lose my insecurity and lead a group in Owensboro but also Ohio County needs someone to get them started. Also, the day CeCe called I was having a down day both physically and mentally. I had been praying that day that God would take this burden from me. That is what he did through CeCe. At some point during our interaction I begin feeling better. That feeling has not returned to the way it was. I praise God for helping me, sending Moms In Prayer in my life and for CeCe who has been an answer of many prayers.

Like many people, I heard sermons on prayer and knew that it was something I was supposed to do regularly, but why was I falling asleep while praying? Why did it seem like a list of requests to recite? Then I got involved with Moms in Prayer International. My first child was in Junior Kindergarten and there were things happening at his school that I was alarmed about. What to do? I looked on the Moms in Prayer website and found the Ontario Provincial Coordinator (in Canada). She encouraged me to order a booklet and to pray for God to send one other woman to join me in praying for my son and his school. 3 months later, I found another Christian mom to pray with. Wow! I was amazed at using this method of prayer! It is so uplifting and perspective-changing to praise God using verses in the Bible. And then it is so cleansing and freeing to confess my sins to God and know they are forgiven. The time of thanksgiving reminds me of the ways God has already answered my prayers. The intercession time - sometimes I feel like I have had a workout by the end of our prayer time. Using scripture verses, praying for one person at a time, and one subject at a time, allows us to focus in on the need like a skillful surgeon with a scalpel. I am in a different group now in a different province, and I know I have been changed by Moms in Prayer International. I am sure my prayers have made a difference too - but I may never know the extent of this until I reach heaven someday. I am now an Area Coordinator with this ministry, working to tell others about Moms in Prayer International, and encouraging women to learn how to pray and then form groups to pray for 1 hour per week. Give this ministry a try - you have nothing to lose and so much to gain! You will be changed and your prayers will change not only your children's lives, but their schools and communities too!

Love this organization and thank God for the impact they have made on countless families! It's fun to gather with other mom's in unity - in prayer for our children, teachers and staff. This organization is comprised of the most genuine, professional and God honoring women. I count it a privilege to stand with them.

I have been associated with Mom in Prayer since 2002. As I have taken on various leadership roles I am continuously impressed on how Moms in Prayer remains true to their mission. Mission statement: Moms in Prayer International impacts children and schools worldwide for Christ by gathering mothers to pray. When the moms gather they do not study or talk about prayer they actually do it; they pray scriptually in one accord. Each member is called to prayer by our Heavenly Father.

I have been involved in this ministry for about 28 years now. I have had many roles that has taught me about how to treat people and how to be a godly leader, the list goes on. But the most important work that I have ever done is be involved in a Moms In Prayer group and weekly pray with other moms for my kids. I will keep praying till my dying breath, trusting God for my children and grandchildren!

For the last 27 years I have been praying for my children in a Moms In Prayer group. Some of the women and I have prayed the entire time together in groups from elementary school through to our college and career group. The sisterhood of Moms In Prayer has been a lifeline for me and others in our group. We have shared the heartaches and the blessings and become "forever friends". I cherish all the relationships I have throughout the Moms In Prayer community. So blessed!!!

I love Moms In Prayer. I am in my 10th year of being a leader/group member of MIP. I started a group for our school when our oldest went to kindergarten. God provided two other moms to pray with. I immediately felt God's peace and hope praying each week for our kids and the school. God continues to overwhelmingly bring me peace and answer prayers: safety, godly friends and teachers, healing, encouragement and faith building experiences! Praise God for his goodness through Moms In Prayer! I try to share it with as many moms that I can! I believe Fern Nichols said this, that our prayers are not only impacting our children, but hundreds of others. It is a ripple effect!

Moms in Prayer has been the Titus woman in my life. This ministry has guided me as a mom to love the Lord with all my heart and to trust in His ways. Being part of the MIPI ministry has helped me become a better mother, wife, and follower of Jesus.
Praying with other moms has taught me to keep my eyes on Jesus as I raised my children. Now that I am in a college/career group, I see how God has been guiding my children through the years. I lean on the Lord's promises as I wait expectantly for my children to make Jesus the Lord of their life.

I've been in Moms in Prayer for 24 years. There is no better feeling than hearing other Moms praying Scripturally and specifically for my children. I've been in and have started many Moms in Prayer groups in 3 states and 5 cities. These women are so dear to me. I love Moms in Prayer Ministry!

I was anxious about sending my oldest daughter to Kindergarten last year (2015) and I felt burdened to pray for her with other moms. After a quick search online I found Moms in Prayer and got connected with their area coordinator in my state. Lets just say the rest in history and I am on my second year leading a Moms in Prayer group at my church. The blessings of praying each week with other moms for our children, schools, teachers, and principals is truly life changing. The resources and trainings offered by Moms in Prayer are amazing.

It has been a three year journey with Moms in Prayer; so far. My heart was selfish for my children at first. However in Christ, there are no boundaries for love. Setting aside time to pray everyday and to plan a prayer sheet every week helps me to see God's vastness, glory, and great mercy more than I have ever experienced before. Other mom's heart felt prayers somehow seem to touch spaces in my soul I had not known as they cry out for the lives of their children and mine. Because, week after week not only do we love, but we see God's provision. How blessed to witness the journey of many faithful lives. How blessed to see God's handiwork unfold before me. Moms in Prayer has strengthened what I was taught from youth, and its scriptural base is refining me everyday. Moms in prayer provides a way to tear down denominational walls and grows my hope in unifying Christian moms to work together for God's Glory.

I have been actively-involved as a volunteer with Moms in Prayer International for over 12 years. A good friend of mine has said that praying for your child and his/her school one hour per week is one of the most efficient and effective ways you can volunteer and have an impact at a particular school. Being involved cultivates a thankful heart in each participant, fostering a more positive attitude at home. Another by-product is the amazing friendships I’ve established with ladies across the country!

This non-profit has supporters in over 140 countries. The small staff at the Poway headquarters is augmented by over 70 key volunteers who serve as mentors, team leaders and administrators. The ministry leaders I've had the privilege of working with are wise, well-organized, frugal and gracious.

Moms in Prayer has been a lifeline for me over the past six years as my children have grown and graduated from high school. The encouragement and scripture verse blessings I receive in prayer over my family and myself have helped me through difficult times. The biggest blessing is how the Holy Spirit fills me as we pray and when we finish emboldens me to glorify The Lord with my life.
Thank You,
