Mission: We build the momentum of the nonprofit sector to create equitable, measurable, and lasting change.
Programs: Provided 21 training workshops attended by a total of 298 participants. The majority of the year was spent engaging in a major and comprehensive turnaround of the organization, including board member transition, staff transition including the hiring of a new ceo, extensive community surveys and focus groups, the development of a new program model and new business plan, and a rebranding of the organization with a name change.
