Mission: Momentum for Health exists to help individuals achieve mental and emotional health, discover and reach their potential and fully participate in life.

Programs: Each year, more than 4,000 people receive help from Momentum for Health. With an annual budget of $21.5 million, 425 employees and more than 300 volunteers, Momentum's full range of services includes: community-based, multi-disciplinary outpatient treatment; day rehabilitation; vocational and employment services; residential treatment and care; substance use treatment and supported housing for both public assistance and private clients. Momentum also offers peer counseling, self-help resources, dual diagnosis support groups and family support services. All services are designed and delivered with respect for the special needs of different cultures and age groups, and are available in a variety of languages.
