Mission: Mission to Commission Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to guiding individuals through the complexities of military service. We support commissioning and enlisted programs across all military branches, assisting those considering or transitioning into military roles, as well as their families, educational institutions, corporations, and the broader community. Our commitment is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with military service. We provide invaluable resources, comprehensive educational materials, and heightened awareness to ensure that all service members, regardless of rank or branch, receive expert guidance throughout their military journey. We passionately support individuals from diverse backgrounds as they embark on their military careers. By providing the tools and support needed to navigate their paths with confidence and success, we aim to foster a brighter future for our military personnel. This includes facilitating their transition into rewarding civilian careers, thereby enriching their lives and society. Results: At Mission to Commission, our commitment is to support military aspirants and transitioning service members in making informed career decisions. Although we are a new organization, we have already achieved notable milestones. We have had the privilege of mentoring a growing number of military aspirants and transitioning service members through our personalized programs. Our dedicated mentors provide one-on-one guidance, helping mentees navigate the complexities of career transitions and work towards their professional goals. Many of our mentees have expressed greater confidence and preparedness in making career decisions after participating in our programs. Our efforts have facilitated successful transitions into military and civilian careers across various fields, including healthcare, cybersecurity, law, and engineering.

Programs: We offer career counseling and mentorship, resume reviews and job search assistance, commissioning program assistance, scholarships, transition assistance, educational workshops and seminars, and community outreach and education.
