Mission Southside has served the Johnson County, Kansas area for many years. It's an awesome place to bring a group to volunteer. We have a large family, and have in the past served on Boxing Day just after Christmas. We have also been served. When times were tough, they brought us box of food for a holiday meal. It was greatly appreciated. Mission Southside provides clothing and household items for people with needs. They also reach out to college students who would struggle to afford to buy items for their apartments. Mission Southside reaches out to fill the needs of people who just need a bit of a helping hand.

Mission: Partner with churches, helps organizations, businesses, and individuals to bring help and hope to those in need throughout the johnson county area by meeting both physical and spiritual needs.
Programs: Physical needs were met through free garage sales where donated items are distributed and various manners of food distribution. Spiritual needs were met through the establishment of bible study communities and childrens ministries.
