Mission: Mndaca is an association of agencies which promotes public policy to strengthen members' abilities to provide quality service to citizens with developmental disabilities in minnesota.
Programs: Mndaca provides leadership on behalf of the membership in such areas as governmental affairs, funding, administrative organization, staff development and community support. The association also works jointly on behalf of persons with developmental disabilities or have other related conditions. During the year:provided training opportunities for day training and habilitation staffheld conference to discuss legislative issues
