Mission: The organizations specific purpose is the development and implementation of a program for catholic ministry leadership formation for use by its catholic health care systems members. The program serves as a foundation for ministry leadership formation and ongoing development and as a foundation for ministry leadership formation and ongoing development and education to the participating catholic health care systems to enable their senior leaders to integrate catholic health minstry values into governance and operations.
Programs: The primary focus of the center shall be the development and implementation of development programs for use by the participating systems and their corporate components. The programs will serve as a foundation for ministry leadership development which will be available to the participating systems to enable their senior leaders to integrate ministry values into governance and operations. It will provide the basis for system and hospital programs of continuing formation in the catholic health mission and ministry and will assure resources to strengthen abiding stewardship of that ministry.
