Mission: To inspire students to learn through mentoring and project-based learning, to expand their vision of the future, and for them to be a positive influence on the community.
Results: Past Notable Achievements • Students drove an electric vehicle, a Lotus Esprit, they converted to electric, from San Diego to Jacksonville, Florida. • Students drove a Karman Ghia from Akron, Ohio to Washington, DC amassing an amazing 39 million tweets along the way. • Students toured northern California with another electric Karmann Ghia visiting Stanford University, the Tesla plant, Google, Twitter the original Tech Shop in San Francisco. • Every high school senior that has finished the MINDDRIVE program has or has attained a GED. Two of these students that are in their third year at the University of Missouri at Rolla on the Dean’s List.

Programs: MINDDRIVE offers mentor supported classes that engage students in creative and STEM related projects like building electric cars and creating pop-up events like an art gallery of student work! We offer Saturday classes during the school year which are the heart of all other MINDDRIVE programming. Saturday classes include the Automotive Design Studio and MINDDRIVE Productions where students learn event planning and development, everything from marketing to coding. Students can continue to learn through evening classes in welding, designing in 3D, music video production, graphic design and career readiness.
