Mission: Millennium is a network of development centers working on long term, culturally relevant projects around the world. These teams learn the native languages and live among the peoples with whom they work, directing compassion from the village level through human-scale projects based on relationships.
Millennium's goal is to bring hope to people in hopeless situations. Decisions are made on the field, fostering autonomy in field workers, an essential component as most workers are far from the media spotlight, in places the UN calls "complex situations": areas where solutions must be appropriate or disaster beckons.
