Programs: Milkworks, inc. Offers various classes to expectant and new mothers about the basics of breastfeeding and the health benefits. Support groups and educational materials are available free of charge. Milkworks, inc. Serves as a resource for the entire community including other heathcare providers, parents, nursing and dietetic students, high school classes, family members, employers, and social service agencies.
milkworks, inc. Provides rentals of hospital grade breast pumps and digital scales, especially for mothers who are having difficulties breastfeeding. Milkworks, inc. Works with clients in all economic circumstances and attempts to structure payment plans which take into consideration the client's unique economic situation.
milkworks, inc. Provides individual assistance to mothers and babies who are experiencing difficulties breastfeeding. Appointments can be made with board certified lactation consultants or with the breastfeeding medicine specialist. Many insurance providers do not cover these types of expenses. Milkworks, inc.
