Hi Sydney, thank you for your review. Although MWIN would love to assist every female veteran that contacts us, unfortunately we are unable to assist all female veterans due to demand of need and limited financial resources. While we use income as one of our factors for eligibility, income eligibility is determined on an individual basis.
