Mission:
The mission of Midwest Special Services, Inc. is to assist adults with disabilities to reach there personal goals and potential through individualized programs and services.
Programs: MSS also helps those with disabilities find and keep employment. MSS' Developmental Achievement Center Program provides day training, living skills, vocational therapy, and communications skills to 200 adults with severe mental and/or physical disabilities ($2,356,454). MSS also provides vocational training, employment, and job placement for 125 adults with disabilities in center-based or community-based settings ($396,253). One of MSS' recent accomplishments was opening two new centers to serve people with severe disabilities in the northern and southern suburbs.
