Mission: The purpose of renal network of the upper midwest is to assess and improve the quality of care provided to individuals with end stage renal disease.
Programs: Federal end stage renal disease program monitors the delivery and the quality of end stage renal disease health care services in the upper midwest. During 2014-2015 the program served approximately 46,000 patients and 480 providers in the states of minnesota, michigan, wisconsin, south dakota, and north dakota.
