Causes: Animal Protection & Welfare, Animals
Mission: Dedicated to the rescue and welfare of basset hounds. We rescue and provide basset hounds for adoption to those who are interested and able to provide care and a good home for the dog.
Programs: We saved the lives of over 75 basset hounds in 2009, helped to place over 60 hounds in 2009, educate the public on basset rescue work, and provided financial assistance to those in need.
we saved the lives of over 57 basset hounds and other dogs during the 2010 year, held several educational benefits, and distributed educational materials at various events, foster and adoptive packets, and helped alleviate the burden to shelters and other basset rescues throughout the year.
