Mission: Michigan resource center for health and safety(mrchs) is in existence to promote safety and health throughout michigan, in cooperation with public officials and public and provatew organizations. This is accomplished by supporting and coordinating official programs and by public information and other education progrmas and activities. Mrchs currently provides driving skills testing for the michigan department of state. Mrchs is an approved third party testing organization with the state of michigan for national driver ed teacher training programs to provide these services. This is done to promote the continued safety of our roadways.
