Causes: AIDS, Cancer, Health, International, International Relief
Mission: Mission: To eradicate diseases through effective and innovative health delivery systems. Vision: To become the pre-eminent health, educational, economic empowerment & life improving delivery system in impoverished regions of the world.
Target demographics: Bridge the health care gap with a focus on increasing cancer, HIV and other chronic diseases awareness, promoting the importance of testing and screening in early detection/prevention and reducing mortality.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 2800 individuals.
Geographic areas served: Minority communities in United States and in Africa.
Programs: The CASEC program incorporates workshops; healthcare fairs; webinars and conferences streamed globally; an annual walk in Maryland and in Cameroon, medical missions to Africa that provides FREE cancer screening in addition to medical, surgical, dental, opthalmology and telemedicine services. So far our medical missions have impacted over 22,400 patients including those screened and treated for cancer, and our COVID-19 programs in 2020 alone have reached over 300,000.
