Mission: The purpose of the organization is to actively promote fair, responsible contracting practices in the construction industry and to advance the market interests of its members as well as the skilled workforce in the region.
Programs: Develop relationships with city, county and state governmental organizations to further the cause of quality contracting in economic development. Participate in career events with all unionized construction trades to further the development of skilled trades in construction. Develop a professional foremanship program to cover the multi- trade interface of craft foreman on construction projects. Participate in regional economic development consortiums to further the growth of the construction industry i. E. Dayton chamber of commerce, dayton development corporation, i-70/i/75.
