Mission: For 115 years, the Metro YMCAs have remained a consistent and reliable source of healthy activities and values for children and families. Through programs designed to "exercise" the spirit, mind and body, we strengthen the character of our children as well as the fabric that holds our families and communities together. Today our YMCAs continue to grow and change as the needs of our communities grow and change, offering services through locations in East Orange, Livingston, Maplewood, Newton and Stillwater as well as fifty other sites throughout Essex, Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties. Metro YMCAs welcome people of all ages, incomes, abilities, nationalities and faiths.
