Programs: Professionally focused curriculum - MCNY provides professionally-oriented, career focused programs for students. Students work in their field and complete practicums directly related to their degrees. Faculty members are drawn from the fields they teach, and most adjunct faculty members are also working professionals.
Experience serving high need students – MCNY has developed a number of programs and supports to effectively assist high-need students who are academically underprepared and financially challenged to be successful. The College has targeted support programs for Veteran students and those on public assistance. All students have access to a tutoring center, mentoring program, academic support programs and student services to help address their myriad of needs.
Accelerated programs – MCNY is truly a year round institution, students can attend three full semesters and complete a bachelor’s degree in just two years and eight months. This accelerated timetable is particularly important for students who are working and caring for families while earning a degree.
Workable schedule – MCNY’s programs are designed for students who need to work while attending class, in fact most students are working full time.
