1) the organization assesses & collects members' dues accumulated in depository accounts maintained for anticipated legal services for its members while engaged in collective bargaining activities. Funds are also utilized for legal fees and costs resulting from grievance procedures. Funds are also used to provide its members with a small life insurance policy. 2) funds are generated from admittance fees for the trunk or treat activity during halloween. Retained excess funds are used to provide professional benefits to its members such as seminars, training, etc. 3) individual & corporate general donations are used to support community activities such as national night out with the cops and shop with a cop.
