Mission: Our mission is to provide adult men with an effective and comprehensive Christian faith-based solution to life-controlling drug and alcohol problems of society. By applying biblical principles, Mercy House Adult & Teen Challenge endeavors to help people become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well and spiritually alive.

Programs: In 2010 Pastor Bryan Wilson saw the need to help men who were struggling with addiction. He started a mens Teen Challenge program in Georgetown, Ms. at the old Union Academy school building. We have 14 beautiful acres where the men in our program can find a safe “retreat” to work on their life controlling issues. Our program is 14 months long and broken down into 4 phases. We believe in Total Life Transformation and desire to see men not just overcome drug addiction but become productive members of society. Our mission is to see Broken Families Restored One man at a Time. Teen Challenge USA is a nationwide ministry serving adults & teens whose lives have been affected by drugs & alcohol with over 200+ Christ-centered programs across the US.
My name is Ed Buchanan. I have been a board member of the Mississippi Men’s Teen Challenge for many years. I have seen this ministry grow from one student to over 60 today. I have seen many men set free and many families reunited. My son Eddie had been depressed and addicted for over 35 years. We tried everything we knew to help him but nothing worked. Praise God!! Eddie graduated from Teen Challenge ( Mercy House) on 1/16/2022. He is like a different person. He is a new man in Christ and our family is reunited. He loves life, stays very busy working and trying to help others. Thank you Jesus for Teen Challenge and for my New Eddie!

I love this ministry. It is amazing to see men transformed into the men they were meant to be. To see families restored. Children getting their father back. Wives getting their husbands back. Parents getting their sons back. If you have seen a man come through this program, you know that it works. The before and after photos are just a glimpse of the changes made and that is outer appearance, the inner transformation is the biggest change.....
