Mission: To provide high quality, individualized and flexibile residential and support services that promote independence, community engagement and wellness for people impacted by mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance abuse, homelessness and other challenges.
Programs: Transitional residential program - to prepare clients for independent living and to instruct them in basic vocational safety and life skills. During the current year the organization provided services to 208 individuals.
supported living holyoke residential - a program to assist people impacted by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and other challenges in securing affordable, safe, and desirable housing. During the current year the organization provided services to 14 individuals.
supported living springfield residential - a program to assist people impacted by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and other challenges in securing affordable, safe, and desirable housing. During the current year the organization provided services to 15 individuals.
