I have been working as a graphic design intern at Mental H2O for a about a month now, and I am proud to say that it has been one of the best decisions I've made this year. The founders are really helpful, and the instructions allow for a lot of creativity from the interns' end. I've gotten a lot of experience with graphic design from assisting this organization, and I'm happy to have the chance to help others who may be struggling with their mental health.

I’ve only been volunteering with Mental H2O as an article writer for a couple weeks now, yet I’ve already had an amazing experience so far! The head staff/volunteers are incredibly accommodating and encouraging and extremely hands-on, making me - and I’m sure all other volunteers - feel so supported throughout the weeks.

As an intern at Mental H2O, I create graphic designs that relate to mental health topics. Interning at this organization has been impactful and important to me since I am able to make a difference on mental health in youth, an issue that needs to be talked about more.

As the CEO of Mental H2O, I am proud to be part of an organization dedicated to educating the youth about mental health, an often overlooked but critical issue. What makes Mental H2O unique is our "for the youth, by the youth" approach, with passionate student interns and volunteers leading our efforts in high schools and online. This peer-led model ensures our message resonates deeply with young audiences, fostering a supportive community. I'm excited to see what we can achieve next as we continue to empower and support youth mental health.

As a board member of Mental H2O, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the profound impact our organization has on the lives of young people. Mental H2O is dedicated to providing vital mental health resources and support to students, and our work is truly making a difference in the community.

Our team, composed of passionate volunteers and professionals, is committed to addressing the mental health challenges faced by today's youth. We have developed a comprehensive online platform, mentalh2o.org, which offers over 100 mental health resources tailored to students' needs. Additionally, our outreach efforts include printed materials and personalized support, ensuring that students have access to the help they need.

The dedication of our volunteers, especially our digital outreach interns and graphic design interns, has been remarkable. They have created engaging content, managed social media campaigns, and designed impactful graphics that resonate with our audience. Their hard work and creativity have significantly enhanced our reach and effectiveness.

Moreover, our collaborations with other organizations, such as HealingEDU, have expanded our resources and strengthened our support network. These partnerships enable us to offer a broader range of services and create a more comprehensive support system for our community.

The positive feedback from the students we serve and their families is a testament to the importance and effectiveness of our work. Seeing the growth and improvement in the mental well-being of these young individuals is incredibly rewarding and motivates us to continue our mission with even greater determination.

I am proud to be a part of this incredible journey, and I wholeheartedly recommend Mental H2O to anyone looking to support or seek assistance with mental health.
