Mission: The mission of the mendota area senior service, inc is to provide area seniors a variety of services that will improve their quality of life
Programs: Information/assistance: links elderly in need of services to appropriate resources. Assists with medicare/social security paperwork provided approximately 2,500 units of service to 1,200 persons over age 60
outreach service: provides services similar to information services described above but expands the service to homebound/isolated seniors by going to their homes. Provided approximately 800 units of service to 650 persons over the age of 60.
transportation service: provides transportaton to area seniors to/from community resources and events. This service enables and encourages independent living for seniors. Provided approximately 4,500 rides to 350 persons over the age of 60.
