Programs: Memphis business on health (mbgh) worked with tennessee hospitals, physicians, health plans, community and government leaders to push for healthcare delivery system reform. Key elements of reform include public reporting of quality and cost; alignment of payment with quality and cost; and alignment of health benefits and desired outcomes.
