Causes: Developmentally Disabled Centers, Disabilities, Human Services
Mission: To support individuals with multiple disabilities including physical and mental disabilities. Providing services, skills, and jobs that will enable them to live in the community and participate in activities and work that is meaningful to them and the community.
Programs: Self direct: program to support and enable individuals with developmental disabilities to self-direct their services and supports using a person-centered planning model. Individuals will receive home and community based services and supports through a person-centered self-directed plan of care.
cleaning with meaning: a program to support individuals with developmental disabilities in developing skills that will enable them to enter and be successful in the workforce. Individuals will provide services to the community through a meaningful and legitimate buisness model.
