Causes: Congregate Meals, Food, Meals on Wheels
Mission: To nourish and enrich the lives of individuals in Yolo County with emphasis on those age 60 and older, by providing nutritious meals to active and home bound people; thereby, promoting their health, well-being and independence.
Target demographics: active and homebound seniors
Geographic areas served: Yolo County - Woodland, West Sacramento, Davis, Winters
Programs: During this fiscal year, we prepared and served 529 congregate diners at 4 senior center sites, for a total of 20,813 meals served.
during this fiscal year, we prepared and delivered meals to 508 seniors through our home delivered meals program, for a total of 59,800 meals delivered.
