Causes: Food, Meals on Wheels
Mission: Meals on Wheels of Greater Richmond delivers meals to the homes of the elderly and people with disabilities who cannot shop for or prepare food for themselves and have no other means of obtaining their daily meals. We strive to improve the physical and mental health of those we serve by providing them with a balanced, nutritious, and appealing diet, as well as providing the daily contact of a caring volunteer. Meals on Wheels cooperates with other community services to ensure adequate care for all those we serve.
