Mission: M.T.W.M. has conducted gospel crusades, seminars, revival meetings, church planting and Orphanages worldwide and the U.S. During these meetings we have witnessed a great move of the Power of God with miracles, while there and following. Through these events, the Lord has used us to equip, challenge, encourage, empower and impart the anointing of His Holy Spirit to the church (Body of Christ) as well as winning souls into His Kingdom. Master's Touch Worldwide Missions was first formed as New Beginnings Church Ministries of South Elgin, IL in March of 1990 by Evangelist Richard Van Cleve. Evangelist Van Cleve studied with Moody Bible Institute of Chicago. Richard has been licensed and ordained since May of 1988. This ministry was built from the ground up with a handful of charter members. We built a homeless shelter and a food pantry that fed approximately 120 people per week. Where ever there was a need, Jesus used us to respond. We developed a street ministry called Fishers of Men, ministering on the streets to the alcohol and drug addicted, as well as to gang members. This ministry includes nursing homes, prisons, revivals, crusades, youth rallies and rescue missions with a solid focus on follow-up and discipleship teams. Richard is also the co-founder of One Church One Family and founder of the Heber/ Overgaard, Arizona Ministerial Alliance. We moved permanently to Arizona in 1995 and began operations here in February. Our name changed to "Masters Touch Worldwide Missions" to more suitably reflect our rapid expansion to overseas ministry. Thousands are giving their lives to Jesus Christ, and many are receiving healing as a result of this ministry.
