Mission: To promote the non-adversarial practice of law. To promote collaborative law, which resolves legal conflicts with cooperative, rather than confrontational techniques, and in which lawyers do not litigate, thereby encouraging parties to reach agreements in a creative and respectful manner. To educate the public and the legal community about the process and value of collaborative law.
