Causes: Leadership Development
Mission: The primary mission of the foundation is to raise funds to support the youth development programs offered by the three state masonic youth organizations in nebraska. Additionally the foundation works to identify and develop adult leaders who assist the various youth chapters, bethels and assembly's through out the state.
Programs: During the current year financial grants were given to the three state youth organizations to support their individual programs to develop and train youth in leadership and personal skills.
in 2017 the foundation again sponsored a 2 day state wide triennial youth conference with local and national speakers. Those who attend will participated in various workshops and presentations designed to develope and improve leadership skills and personal confidence. They will also participated in a local community service project. Over 250 persons are expected to attended the conference from nebraska, iowa, and colorado.
