Programs: Nursing sevices and in-home services: to provide individuals with options of assisted living, memory care, and nursing services. Additionally, residents and non-residents residing in the local community can receive assistance in their home through the in-home services program (range of services including: meal planning, and preparation, medication reminders, personal errands, assistance with household affairs, pet care, companion services, etc). The in-home services program provides another layer of support within the continuum of care by supporting individuals and their independence. Both nursing services and in-home services provide customized care along a spectrum of an individuals' needs, by highly trained, compassionate, and certified caregivers and staff. dining services, pastorial care and resident services: to provide residents with a full spectrum of care including but not limited to: healthy meals, spiritual care, on-site exercise, on-site group activities, transportation, and off-site tours.
