I have been a supporter of this organization for 10 years. I have worked with employees past and present. I have noticed that support for this organization has been falling off the past few years. I have begun working harder for the organization. they have had to downsize back to their core operations, which is shelter services. this has upset people, but when its explained, we are there to give them shelter and counseling first, people understand it better.
