I am writing this review as a "client served", but also as a benefits professional with expertise in the industry. This benefits office is horrible. At best, the employees are semi-pleasant in phone communications. Worse than that, they rarely seem to have any answers beyond the very basic as to the plan provisions. This is terribly frustrating as a customer and also as a benefits administrator who knows my company's plans through and through. What is more frustrating is that "I don't know" seems to be an acceptable response. It's never followed with "but let me put you in touch with someone who can help you". Apparently there is no one that has any answers. This lack of prefessionalism is inexcusable.
