Programs: Martin luther king housing development association(mlkhda) provides affordable housing to near-homeless and low-income individuals and families meeting the pierce county area median income criteria. Mlkhda assists these individuals and families establish or re-establish their rental history while maintaining the lowest rents in pierce county.
I am President of the Tenant's Union at MLK Housing Association's MLK New Look Sr. Apartments. We have been battling bedbugs, mice and mold here for some time, with no end in sight. MLK Housing Dev. Association are slum lords. We are considering legal action to force them to take responsibility of this building, which is full of vulnerable adults who are living in conditions that are unacceptable.
