I am hard-pressed to find the words to adequately express how I felt when I got to the NICU to find a Mark’s Mission box on the couch. The NICU experience is a gut-wrenching and grueling experience for parents and families. This donation came at the perfect time to uplift our spirits and start the process of finding preemie clothes that fit. The founder of Mark’s Mission is an angel and the fact that she had the energy to create such a beautiful organization after going through her own NICU experience speaks volumes. What an angel. Thank you thank you thank you!
I have had the wonderful pleasure of getting to know a lot about this organization. I have dealt with many medical issues and had spent ample time in the NICU so this has truly touched my heart in greater ways than I could ever express. These beautiful people and the sweetest boy, Mark are doing such beautiful things for these families and I couldn’t be more grateful to know them and I’m looking forward to seeing what they’ll do in the future!
I am the spring 2024 UNF intern and this has been such an amazing experience! As a future NICU nurse I was able to see what goes on the NICU and knowing that there are support services like marks mission available, I know I can better help my patients healing journey.
Marks mission is a heartfelt and wonderful organization that truly supported me and my baby girl while she was in the NICU. I was bedside with my babygirl from birth and honestly the world outside of the NICU stopped for me but marks mission made sure it could continue. They are a wonder organization with numerous of resources that I would recommend to anyone!
Mark’s Mission is doing amazing work in our community. We are a local non profit organization with similar goals and collaborate with them frequently. The CEO has a heart of gold and strong passion for helping others. We’re looking forward to working with them more in the future.
Mark’s Mission is a great organization that supports many families through their programs. The care packages for mom’s are wonderful and brings smiles to their faces. I'm so happy to be involved with Mark’s Mission.
Mark's Mission is an amazing nonprofit that I have had the opportunity to volunteer and work alongside! The mission and values of this organization alongside the most genuine, sweet community of members and volunteers seriously is unmatched. The care and passion for this mission is so visible in everything Mark's Mission does.
I love Marks Mission. Does your heart good in these times, to know there are people that are there to help and support those in need! I love the NICU box as a tangible way to say someone cares! I did not have a NICU baby however, that is part of the reason I support this nonprofit - grateful & thankful to help those who do!!
Love this non-profit! We had a nicu stay last year and this year we are in the picu. I don't know how hospitals don't have more programs like this.

The team at Mark's MIssion goes above and beyond for their clients and partners. As a former client, I owe many of the special moments to them. They gave me tons of resources and support when I had no family and no direction. I am happy that I get the privilege to partner with them in the future as a community partner.
This program has been a huge help to me and my family! By providing us with transportation assistance I have less stress with going to see me child who is currently in the Nicu. Being able to see his tiny face everyday calms my worries even if for a second!
Mark's Mission is an exceptional organization that is helping NICU families "heal through connection". Brittany and her team are incredibly passionate about the work that they do and it shows. As a mom with NICU experience, I know first hand how lonely the NICU journey can be. Mark's Mission shows up so that NICU families know that they aren't alone or forgotten. They show up so NICU families know that they are seen and supported on their journey. Brittany is so knowledgeable and dedicated to her advocacy and mission. The work that Mark's Mission is doing is golden.
I just participated volunteering with my daughter putting together boxes for NICU babies, it was my first time with this nonprofit, I didn't have a premier baby, but I think is a great cause to help these families. Definitely I'll continuing supporting Mark's mission.
I recently gave birth to twins at 34 weeks with some complications - prior to giving birth, Brittany with Mark’s Mission reached out to help me navigate the NICU and what to expect. Being a NICU mama was one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through, and being prepared about my babies going into the NICU (we’ve known since Baby B was growth restricted) helped tremendously. Not to mention the incredible bag full of clothes, journals, books, water bottles that she brought by the hospital for us. It was filled with preemie clothes - clothes that I’ve had a difficult time finding myself.
Marks Mission has helped myself and husband and I cannot thank Mark’s Mission enough. Not only that, but Brittany has continuously checked in on us and ensured we have everything we needed while the twins were in the NICU and even after. Not to mention, inviting us to attend the support group. the support we have received is unmatched.
This mission is so important for so many reasons. This was my first experience with the NICU and having the opportunity to be prepared, as well as having someone help guide me through this terrifying process of being a NICU parent made it a lot less scary.
I cannot recommend Marks Mission enough and I truly think this nonprofit is incredible. They do great things and is absolutely important for parents with preemies. We love Marks Mission!
I have had the blessing of working very closely with Mark’s Mission through UNF Student Nurses’ Association. UNF SNA works with Mark’s Mission doing toy and book drives. I absolutely LOVE this nonprofit, I love everything it stands for and I am always amazed at the ways they are able to help NICU families. Having a baby in the NICU is an unexplainably difficult time, and having an organization like Mark’s Mission that is able to help in various ways during such hard times is just amazing.
Having a baby in the NICU is so so challenging. It is also super unexpected and can put you in a situation with little to no support. I love and respect Marks mission and the people working there, endlessly. Not only have they brought a little light to some of these families lives but they also provide a beautiful support system for us and are always doing their best to provide what they can and come up with new ideas for what to do next. Their work is amazing and I can’t even begin to say how endlessly appreciative I am of them!
Having a baby in NICU is very hard mentally, physically and financially.. Brittany with marks mission called me with great news about a 4Moms swing that I had been saving for and ended up using it for gas going back and forth to NICU everyday. I'll be picking it up tomorrow and think I'll be getting help with a gas card. She provided a much needed stress relief for me and for dad and I'm so grateful for her sharing her story and starting this non profit. I admire her help and her strength. She knows just as well how hard it is to get back and forth from NICU and how emotionally draining it can be..thank you Brittany and your team for all that you do.
Marks Mission has given me and my family a sense of calmness knowing that if our NICU baby and us are ever in need of any help they will be a phone call away! Our baby girl was in the hospital only a day or two before we were contacted personally by Brittnay asking if we needed any support at all. That ment the world to our family, especially through these tough times. We received a care package almost instantly containing preemie clothes, a notebook to write every moment down and much more. Thank you so much to the hard working people at Marks Mission.
I love this organization is good to know something like this exist to help and support! I love the NICU box I received and you are doing amazing things to help NICU families, I’m glad to have heard about this and become a part of sharing this with other people!

We love to hear your feedback! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. Welcome to the Mission!
This nonprofit will help the nicu parents so much. Once opening the package made me cry. I thank you so much for this and keep on the good work.

Wow! Thank you so much for your review! We love hearing how our care package had an emotional impact. We hope it makes a world of difference to you and other families in our area. Welcome to the Mark's Mission family!
This charity's mission, values, and vision are EXACTLY what is needed in this area. There are other organizations in the area that do good work but Marks Mission is the BEST at what they do. They are selfless, helpful and kind. The Ceo thinks outside of the box to make sure you have what you need when you are discharged from the hospital. I know she does a lot with other families but what is super special is she made me feel like me and my children were the only ones she worked with at the time. We felt important and validated. I need everyone to know that Marks Mission is the real deal and they stand by to serve.
What an exceptional org! Brittany gave me a list of businesses in the area that could help me and my son. We got a few onesies in the nicu which made me cry. The kindness and thoughtfulness of seeing my baby in a outfit when I didn't have money for any preemie clothes made me cry. I am so happy they are here and can't recommend them enough. Every city needs a Marks Mission.
Marks Mission might be a "small" foundation but their impact on families struggling in the NICU & PICU are MIGHTY. I never knew such angels existed until I stumbled on Brittany's post in a moms group. My first pregnancy we had a scare & thought my daughter was coming at 29 weeks. Luckily she stayed until she was full term with strict bedrest BUT I don't know what I would've done. Mark's Mission does JUST that. They take the thinking into their own hands & really help families in need. We need more foundations & organizations like this. ♡
This nonprofit will make a difference for NICU babies and their families. There are many ways to participate and donate which I love.
As a former workaholic my world changed when i got pregnant. My babygirl was born at 30 weeks and I didn't want to leave her side. I'm a single mom working a dead end job. So money is tight and I don't have family super close by. I heard about Mark's Mission through a friend and I reached out, asking for help. They came through with preemie outfits, bows, socks, and blankets for my little girl. They gave me two books to read when she was in the nicu and now we are home they are Annabelles favorites. Thank you Mark's Mission. I can't say enough good things. Thank you.
The money and items donated to this nonprofit help so many families whose children are in the NICU. The help provide books, special clothing, financial assistance and offer resources for families. When a child is in the NICU, it’s a whole new world for that family that they are scared and unaware of. The ease of donating, the updates of what has been donated and the stories you hear about will touch your heart. This organization operates with sincere compassion from personal firsthand experience.
I have been following Mark’s Mission ever since it was just an idea.
The time, dedication, effort, and love that has been poured into this organization reflects in the work that they do every day.
When an opportunity came up to support this group I was quick to jump on it and it was more rewarding than I could have hoped!
Can’t wait to work with Mark’s Mission again.
Mark Mission is an organization locally that helps families of Nicu babies by providing them with necessities for the children, financial stability, and a source of community. I have loved working with his organization and seeing the impact that it has and is going to have on the community!
