Programs: Mhna expanded its e-newsletter and social media base; subscriber rate for monthly newsletter increased by 13%. Mhna continues to maintain the largest social media presence of all minneapolis neighborhoods our combined facebook, twitter, instagram and nextdoor followers is nearly 2500. Attendance at regular montly and improptu gatherings have increased throughout 2017. Mhna organized a meeting of 75+ residents, property and business owners, over issues surrounding late-night criminal activity in the neighborhood. Mhna worked closely with neighborhood partners for our 2nd annual ice cream social to reach out to students and other renters on the east side of our neighborhood. Our current year event had increased participation and worked with two targeted groups student-renter and built stronger community
