Causes: Arts & Culture, Management & Technical Assistance
Mission: Our mission is to equalize economic opportunity by connecting often-overlooked small business owners with the peers, skills and support they need to succeed.
Results: We measure impact with our small business members annually and while calculations are still ongoing, our members report revenue growth, take-home pay growth and number of employees increasing well beyond national benchmarks.
Target demographics: small business owners (less than $1M in revenue)
Direct beneficiaries per year: 300 small business owners
Geographic areas served: Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island
Programs: monthly peer support programs, education, resources and learning to build strong businesses, families and communities.
