Support our National Security through dynamic programs that positively impact locally elected officials, all levels of ROA, and future, current, retired, and former Reserve officers of the Uniformed Services of the United States.
Vision:
The Department of Minnesota ROA strives to be the premier member organization on all issues affecting Minnesota’s Reserve military officers.
The MDAFF has a significant history of benefit for junior officer training related to the Reserve Officers Association of America (ROA) and its affiliate in Minnesota - the Department of Minnesota, ROA. The MDAFF has made merit awards to Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) cadets and midshipmen on a competitive basis with recipients at programs throughout the state. In addition, scholarships were awarded to Minnesota junior officers in order that those officers would attend career-enhancing training otherwise not financially available to those officers.
