Programs: Rheumatic heart disease screening program: screened 3,751 children, identified 213 confirmed cases of rhd and started treatments

mobile dental clinic: provided dental services to 821 children and 189 adults, provided dental hygiene education to 2,304 children and adults, distributed 2,304 toothbrushes and toothpaste

diabetes education: provided 612 hours of diabetes education to approximately 1,100 community members

As a closely involved Donor and sometimes volunteer. I am constantly amazed at MAHI's ability to provide support to the Island of Micronesia. From hospital beds, to ambulances, to reading programs, I have always felt that my Donations go much further then I ever would have imagined.
